How about:

• Renting jet skis
  
• Fishing on Patch Pond
  
• Swing on the rope swing where Bearcamp River meets Lake Ossipee (just north of the Condominiums) Show me this!
  
• Spend the day at Long sands and hope the ice cream boat comes by
  
• Take a trip to Diana's Baths!
• Pack a picnic dinner, take it out on your boat and watch the sunset
  
• Go to the "middle" sand bar between the main lake and Broad Bay Show me this!
  
• Build a sand castle on the sand bar where Bearcamp River meets Lake Ossipee
  Canoeing/Kayaking:
  
• Going canoeing on the beaver pond across from Long Sands Road (off Rt. 25)
  
• Put your canoe in where Rt. 25 meets Pine River (public boat launch) and paddle back to the Condominium (about 2-3 hours)
  
• Put your canoe in on Bearcamp River where it first crosses Rt. 16 just north of the Condominiums (about 1.5-2 hours)
  
• Put your canoe in on Bearcamp River where Rt. 25 splits off Rt. 16 - by the BBQ Pit Restaurant (about 3-5 hours)
  

• Play a round of golf - Indian Mound
  
• Hit a few tennis balls at Constitution park, off Route 25
  
• Start a game of kickball on the lawn!!
  
• Skiing at King Pine
  
• Skiing at Mt. Cranmore

Margarita Time!

By popular demand here is my margarita recipe. You can make as much or as little as you want - more is always better when it comes to margaritas (trust me on this one)! Enjoy!

The Mix-Tequila-Triple Sec ratio is 12-3-1. However rather than make you get out the calculator, I've included all you need in the table below:

Jose Cuervo Margarita Mix	2 cups	4 cups	8 cups	12 cups
Tequila!1	1/2 cup	1 cup	2 cups	3 cups
Triple Sec2	1/6 cup	1/3 cup	2/3 cup	1 cup
Lemon Juice	Small Splash	Splash	Bigger Splash	Large Splash

¹ I always use Jose Cuervo Tequila
² You can use Cointreau instead of Triple Sec - a very nice change of pace

Garnish with ice, salt (optional) and a wedge of lime. Umbrella not included. Some assembly required.
